Booking Policy:
We operate on a first deposit in basis.
50% required to reserve with balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Exceptions (less than 50% deposit) permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment:
We prefer payment by personal check (drawn on US bank account). We also accept money order and wire transfers.
Visa and Master card are accepted; however, 3% processing fee applies to all discounted rates. Additional requirements apply. Please call.
