Surfrider Beach House

: 2 (or 3) bedroom OCEANFRONT AT THE BEST SWIMMING AND SNORKELING BEACH IN HILO. This beach home fronts Richardson's black sand, swimming, and snorkeling beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. For larger groups, a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom can be accessed through a separate entrance downstairs. We do not rent the top and bottom floors separately, so guests staying always retain their privacy. For example, if a group of 1-4 occupies the top level of the house, then the bottom floor remains unoccupied. Protected swimming and snorkeling areas with lifeguards line the Hilo Bay. Beaches are located just across the road from the house. The road in front is a residential street, not a busy highway, that dead-ends a block beyond this house. High speed cable Internet access. The living room and master bedroom have fantastic ocean & beach views. The Surfrider house is right next door to the Hawaii Beaches house and one short block from the Lilikoi house. Located in the town of Hilo just 6 miles from the airport, this house is in the town of Hilo and close to golf, restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, active volcano, farmer's market, tours, Hilo Medical Center, and the University of Hawaii. 	Bathroom 1 Located on main floor between bedroom-2 & 3 and includes contemporary tub with shower.
	Bathroom 2 Located downstairs in bedroom 3 and includes shower.
	Richardson's Beach Beach in front of Surfrider house. Great swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving with shoreline access. Good for kids and adults alike. Lifeguard present during the days.

We do NOT rent the BOTTOM LEVEL of the house separately. If you have 1-4 people and rent only the TOP LEVEL, then the bottom level of the house will remain unoccupied. The TOP and BOTTOM LEVELS of the house have separate keys for entry.
